Water & City Lights Studio

My room was nice and large with everything you needed and working the out door views of the bay of were exceptional..The room was finished wto a very high standard with a great kitchen and an outside BBQ. The owners made you feel very welcome and were fantastic i would love to stay here again

Big sized studio with quality furnishings. Lovely view from the garden. Great location. Everything was first class.

The view was amazing. Very quiet surrounds. Apartment was lovely and clean. Was perfect for a couples getaway.

Was a little hard to find the entrance to the studio. There was a sign but it was covered by a campervan so we had to ask the neighbours where to go. But once we'd sussed it, it was great.

Amazing view. Clean apartment, good location, very comfortable and well equipped. It has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely recommend the beautiful studio.

The apartment was so lovely. It was clean, tidy and really nicely made up, and is also very spacious for a studio room. Had a full kitchen and laundry so is great for both short and long trips. It also has a nice private background that overlooks the water. It is located about 20 minutes from Mt Maunganui and the shopping area. Joanne and Tim maintain really good communication and made us feel really welcome.

We liked everything! So many little touches to make us at home and comfortable. The setting is lovely with a garden and views out to the bay. It was terrific to be able to cook and do laundry. The studio is very well appointed and super clean. Joanne is very friendly and made us feel completely welcome. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
