W posiadlosci sa 4 mieszkania - wszystkie w pelni wyposazone, pieknie urzadzone i wygodne. Swietne wyposazenie np w kuchni byla kawa, herbata i przyprawy (oraz ciasto na powitanie), w lazience suszarka i prostownica do wlosow. Wszystko czego potrzeba w mieszkaniu. Obok jest tez niesamowity ogrod - dopieszczony, z mnostwem zakamarkow i miejsc gdzie mozna odpoczac, popracowac lub milo spedzic czas. Troche jak prywatny ogrod botaniczny. Spedzilismy jedna noc razem z corka i byla to jedna z najlepszych miejscowej na Temeryfie. Stosunek jakosci do ceny fenomenalny. Do tego bardzo blisko do Parku Anaga.
