RENOVATED LARGE 3RM APARTMENT 5 MIN FROM THE BEACH

מיקום מעולה, מארח זמין ביותר, שירותי ואדיב. הדירה מרווחת, מאובזרת למדי ונעימה מאוד.

שלא באשמת המארח, המנקה ככל הנראה לא ביצעה את עבודתה נאמנה, ולמרות שהדירה היתה נקייה, נראה שלא בוצע נקיון יסודי לפני כניסתנו. ראוי לציין שהמארח לקח זאת ברצינות רבה, התנצל והבטיח לטפל בכך.

Great location, quiet inside, responsive host. If you also need to use sofa as sleeping bed (which is ok) - don’t forget to ask host to prepare it before check in, they will do it.

Location and size

Poor maintenance Freezer wasn’t working and it took 3 days to get the team to attend to it, running toilet, filthy dirty oven which a cleaner came to attend to but did not do a decent job and they refused to deal with it further, the kitchen was lacking certain basic items

Ubicación excelente. Cercano a la playa y a muchos restaurantes y supermercados. Gran facilidad para movernos en transporte público. Zona muy segura.

Los muebles parecen de un mercado de pulgas. La cama y el colchón son de distinto tamaño. Una mesa de comer con tres tipos distintos de sillas. El freezer no funcionaba. Bastante básico todo, sin ser nada grave.

I liked the room design as it was very cosy and nice. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean. The location was top-notch.

The WiFi was not working, and no solution was given when asked for help. Instructions regarding noise were unclear so we weren't able to fully enjoy ourselves and so it kind of ruined the mood. A water cooler/heater would have been a nice addition.

Excellent apartment on Dizengoff and yet remarkably quiet. Ground floor, so no difficult steps for luggage. Good sized rooms and very well equipped kitchen. Two toilets a bonus.

A little dark in living spaces (but we weren't there much during the day, so not a problem), and internet unreliable.

The location is great and the apartment is large. It was clean and check in was fairly easy. The host communication was good. Comfortable kitchen and lounge area.

The apartment is advertised as newly renovated, however, there were areas that could have been improved. The mattress in the one room is collapsed on one side. There were not enough towels for 3 people given that we stayed there 1 week. The deposit was high and it took over two weeks to be refunded but there was ongoing communication during this period to resolve . With a little bit more attention to detail, this apartment would be amazing.

Perfect location, the area is safe and nice. Very very nice communication, good price\quality. We came at night and found the keys easily. The owner answered all our questions immediately. Totally recommended.
