The apartment is very well situated in the heart of Tel Aviv close to public transportation, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The owner is remarkably quick to respond when you need him.

The view could be better. Nonetheless there is a lot of light that comes into the apartment.

The place was perfectly located for reaching all of Tel Aviv. If you are willing to walk, you can literally go out the front door and reach anywhere from Jaffa on the south side of the city to the Port on the north end. In addition to all of that, the place was clean, well kept and all around wonderful.

I really can't say anything negative.

Excellent location in the center of town and close to the sea. Lots of cafes and restaurants. Apartment bright and spacious, well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, good air conditioning. Owner pleasant and quick to respond.

The building in itself is not much to look at and there isn’t much of a view.

Superb Location! Large living area! Full kitchen. Lots of light but no direct sun. The A/C was plenty strong.

There’s no avoiding a flight of stairs even though there’s an elevator.
