Design Apartments by the Beach in TLV

The location is the only good thing about this place

Upon arrival, we encountered multiple serious issues, including: -Wrong code to get the key, we had to wait with little kids for about 10 minutes untill they sent the correct code. - Mold in the shower and on parts of the walls - Cracks in the walls - Exposed and unsafe electrical switches - Stains on the curtains, walls, pillows, and blankets - Dampness and moisture in several areas of the room - A broken showerhead in the bathtub, which made it impossible to adjust or use properly These conditions were not only far below the standard expected, but they also created an unpleasant and unhealthy environment, which significantly affected our stay, in a way that we even left the place one day before checkout. It goes without saying that the apartment description and photos on Booking do not reflect the poor condition of the property. Had we known the true state of the apartment, we certainly would not have made the reservation.

No sheets on the bed, no pillow cases, no help from the owner with those things

Perfect communication, flawless process. Both beds super comfy! Kitchen has everything you need but a sink there would be a nice add on (we used the one in the bathroom for the dish washing). Fantastic location.

Can't blame the host for the fact that there's a construction site next door. (In Tel Aviv there is ALWAYS one nearby.)

We've chosen this apparent for the second time. Everything was great; it was clean and cosy. Thank you very much!

no foods - no salt, no sugar, nothing to eat

the location was convenient for us

dirty, broken furniture and doors. half an hour after checking in, we decided to look for another place to live, wrote to the owner about it with photos and complaints about breakdowns and dirt. They told us that they wouldn’t return the money, but they would fix everything... someday, probably. We spent the entire time outside the apartment, only coming to sleep. If we had been without a child, we would have left altogether. We didn’t even take a shower because we had the feeling that we wouldn’t be any cleaner after it.
