"Very poor"

The location is good. right next to Bugrashv. Although, the balcony is facing a cemetery.

The apartment was a huge disappointment. The bathroom had mold, the place was extremely dusty, and shockingly, there was even a bird skeleton hanging on the balcony. I reached out to the host to address these issues and requested a refund, but they refused. For the price, this property is absolutely not worth it. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
