מיקום מעולה הרבה חנויות ובתי קפה קרובים, AM/PM ממש מול הכניסה לבית . דיזינגוף סנטר ושוק הכרמל 5 דקות הליכה .צוות קשוב לכל בקשה יש מענה מיידי.

תחזוקה נמוכה, מרפסת ללא נוף לחלל משותף של בית. מטבחון משותף לכמה דירות ולכן יש רעש גם בלילה.
