Behaviour of owner is worthless. Saying "Thats not our problem" which is very frustrating. Booking.com showed incorrect pricing in bold and inside there were extra taxes which was hidden, when I kept informed the owner we will be late and also checked out early, he could have atleast provide some discount. He was rude and said it is not our problem. Great! This is a lesson for you - If you behave like this using such statements, no body will recommend your place for stay, plus when you cant give any discount in such a situation, your marketing will also be affected. Trust me personally I will never recommend your place only because or your behaviour. Thanks
