Property was clean and tidy.

I’ve traveled to every continent in the world, but I’ve never once had anyone ask for a extra deposit for a night’s stay in advance. And when I reported a technical issue regarding the deposit, the response was: “There’s nothing we can do about it.” I’ve never encountered such arrogant behavior in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.
