O ponto mais positivo de todos é a paisagem, seja de noite ou de dia. O facto de ter uma cozinha ajuda bastante devido á casa se encontrar numa zona em que o acesso nao é de todo fácil ou a casa nao se encontra facilmente. A limpeza da cozinha e casa de banho eram bastante boas.

Uma casa que nao aceita animais, no entanto, o sofa tinha claramente pelo de cão com um certa abundancia e o referido, nao tinha aspeto de limpo, encontrando-se com manchas. A roupa de cama cheirava ligeiramente a mofo, como se a casa estivesse fechada ha semanas, o colchão era durissimo e o pó era notorio. Podiam ter arejado a casa durante um par de horas, pois assim que entrei a minha alergia entrou logo em accao.
