Valencian Dreams NON-TOURISTY APARTAMENT

The owner is very helpful and friendly, giving a lot of information. He was waiting for me in the apartmant. Central location.

Ugly staircase , the apartmant is in the 3 flor in the roof, no elevator .

Juan is a great host. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days. Please note the apartment is in the last floor and you need to take stairs to get to it. Not an issue if you are semi fit. It was perfect for us.

I guess the stairs but good daily exercise.

Juan is the most likeable host, it's noticeable he really cares about his guests and will explain everything you need to know about Valencia! The flat is perfectly located, it's comfortable and there's even a shop just 50m away. I totally recommend

Juan was an incredible host, he took time to give us recommendations and answer any of our questions. He was always available for help throughout our stay.

Very nice located apartment in central Valencia. Host Juan makes sure to give the best tips and is available for questions anytime. Would definitely recommend to book this place and I definitely consider to come back another time.

The location was great. There are bars and cafes nearby, as well as a bike rental store just around the corner. I appreciated having a washing machine in the flat, and that the host had left some laundry liquid to use (although I had brought my own laundry pods). Nice big TV.

The bed was uncomfortable - it felt too small for two people to sleep comfortably (we're used to a super king size bed at home), and it made a lot of noise every time you turned. In the end my boyfriend ended up sleeping on the sofa bed while I slept on the main bed. The fridge in the kitchen area also made quite a bit of noise during the night (esp for the person sleeping on the sofa bed which is right next to the fridge).

I booked the place but the key was given to me at 4. The property was over priced honestly, We paid too much for one night. Definity not value for money given what we paid.

Juan was exceptionally helpful. He pointed out all the points of interest in Valencia, places to eat and was always just a message away if we had questions, like the best way to get to the race track or what time certain things open etc.
