Great location, lots of space and good value especially for larger groups

Una de las habitaciones tenía humedad que no da muy buena imagen. Al igual que algunos desperfectos que para la relación calidad-precio eran importantes. Pero por lo general, está bastante decente.

The location is fantastic, the Ruzafa area is vibrant and in walking distance of the old city. The apartment accepts pets, the living room is spacious, the beds are comfortable, there were plenty of clean towels and toilet paper, the flat nicely decorated.

We had to leave at our own expense after only 4 of our 9 booked nights, the sewer smell in the flat had become unbearable and we had to kill several cockroaches. The smell and cockroaches appeared to be a problem in the building as we experienced these in the building entrance too. The owners said all of Valencia has cockroaches but we have never experienced this on all of our many trips to Valencia. If it wasn’t for the smell and cockroaches we would have tried to work through the other problems below with the property owners. We had to leave to other accommodation to save our remaining holiday. There were no utensils for cooking as all pans were non-stick and we were provided only metal utensils, as a longer stay we wanted to do some of our own cooking. There were no drying cloths for kitchen when washing dishes. There was a washing machine but the only place to hang clothes was a washing line outside of a 3 story window that was hard to access and the sewage smell was worst in the laundry room and the bathroom, perhaps because this is where plumbing is. The TV provided is ridiculously small so not ideal if you ever plan on using it. The 2 air conditioner units were very noisy and one of these had a leak so we felt we could only use one.

The bed, sheets and pillows were uncomfortable.

Loads of room, loads of facilities and great location! Loads of communication to from start to finish!
