Location, short walk to bars, restaurants and beach. Ideal for a short, mini break.

No aircon and lounge was quite dark.

The location is wonderful as its only a 10-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by so many wonderful restaurants, bars supermarkets etc. Very chilled old town which is great for relaxing by the beach. Its a 10 minute walk to the metro so easy access to the airport and the city centre. Wonderfully spacious apt, clean with a great shower.

Not a lot of natural light within the apt was the only thing we didn't love.

Perfect location. Great size for 2 people. Good Internet. Great communication.

Needs to be aired before guest arrival and furniture could have been cleaned underneath.

The manager of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. Every time I needed something she was available and answered very fast. The place is in a good location: Close to the beach, there are many restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, stores in the area. Very easy to stay there and silent at night to sleep. The bathroom was renewed and different from the pictures. The place is simple but has everything you need for a short stay in Valencia.

The place was clean but there was some cockroaches - probably because is near the beach and in the first floor. The bed is also very soft and not too comfortable. The apartment also has some weird smell but I opened the window and it becomes better.

It was very damp and musty smell when we arrived It didn’t go away even after heating the room Bedroom musty especially This can be improved for future visitors

Bed by the front door very noisy from outside. No curtains to block out the street lights

The aircon made alot on noise - would suggest putting a free standing fan in the bedroom as it was very hot to sleep there
