The location is good.

We were very disappointed with our stay — the accommodation was not at the selected address, smelled strongly of cleaning products, had worn bedding, minimal towels, no wardrobe, and no basic amenities like coffee or tea. Simply not worth the money.

The landlord was very nice, but the hot water kept running out halfway through the shower, and you had to wait a while for it to come back on. I hope this can be fixed to improve the stay experience for future guests.

La relación calidad-precio de este alojamiento es muy buena. El apartamento está muy bien y es grande y cómodo para compartir con amigos y familia. Sin duda nos quedamos con la amabilidad de la chica que nos atendió, nos ayudó y le pedimos entrar un poco antes y al ser posible no dudó en decirnos que si. La ubicación es buena, una zona tranquila en un barrio familiar, quizás un poco alejado del centro pero andando llegas en 15 minutos.

La televisión no tenía canales. Cambiaría la ropa de la cama.

I strongly do not recommend these apartments. We booked the accommodation for 2 days and paid for it in advance. Before our arrival, we informed the owner that we would be arriving late in the evening and asked if a late check-in would be possible. The owner replied that it was not a problem and asked us to send a message when we arrived so he could come and give us the keys. When we arrived and informed him that we were already there, no one responded. We also called many times throughout the night, but no one answered. As a result, five women and one child were left outside at night. The owner only contacted us the next morning. During all this time we had no possibility to enter the accommodation or quickly find an alternative place to stay, so we were forced to spend the entire night at the train station. This was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, especially considering that we had a child with us. The most upsetting part is that the owner refused to refund the money even for the night when we could not check in because of his fault. I believe such treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable. I hope my review helps other travelers avoid a similar situation.

Conveniently located a short walk from the bus or train station. The place is located within walking distance of the grocery store, many stores, restaurants, and laundromat. Beds were comfortable and there was a washer in the unit to use. The host was very friendly and provided us places to eat and things to do. For the price, I would definitely consider staying here again.

We ran out of toilet paper being we only started with a half a roll and it was short notice so I couldn’t get any more prior to checking out. We did not find any frying pans in the kitchen; however, they were in the oven (which we found out after the stay). The entire place lacked hand towels for drying, but apparently there were paper towels that we didn’t find. There was also no way to heat the place other than a unit to blow warm air, which either wasn’t working or I couldn’t figure it out. This led to the place being cool and musty smelling after washing clothes and laying them out to dry. We end up using the laundromat, which was reasonably priced to dry all of our clothes in just 12 minutes. I probably just needed to ask more questions since it was offered to let the host know know if we needed anything. I could have called, but didn’t want to be a bother. Overall, the place was very clean and a nice place to stay.
