Really good location and well-equipped

The appartment is in good location, not far from the beach. We really appreciatted that we could find there all the stuff for the beach like an umbrella and the towels. The communication with the owners (Happy team) was very easy and they replied almost immediately.

The flat is not perfectly clean, for example when we checked-in there was sand on the floor.

No door to the bathroom

location might look a bit concerning given the fact that it is located in a relatively poor neighbourhood but I can assure you that it is safe, some really nice places to eat, and on walking distance to the beach

Great location and a lovely small place. the staff was super attentive and nice. The place was spotless and the terrace is super cute and useful for eating in the fresh air of sunny Valencia.

Even for couples that have been together long is challenging not to have a door in the bathroom and a curtain is not the best idea.

The location being near the market, tram and buses, the terrace where one can enjoy sunbathing and eating dinner. The flat is very well equipped with a dish washer and washing machine, besides all cooking utensils and a set of spices, good for long stay !

The stairs , but one can’t have a loft apartment without having to climb two flights of stairs. Fortunately we , although in our late 70’s , are able to climb up and down the stairs about 4 times a day without problems!
