WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN CANET DE BERENGUER. VALENCIA

Da gibt es leider dieses Mal nichts zu sagen. Man kann nicht immer Glück haben

Dieses Apartment war vielleicht vor 10 Jahren toll, nun ist alles runtergerockt. Alte Möbel, alles, aber wirklich alles war in irgendeiner Weise defekt. Es ist extrem schmutzig. Es riecht als hätte da jahrelang jemand gelebt der Kette Raucher war, also es stinkt nach Nikotin. Die Betten durchgelegen, die Decken schmutzig, die Bezüge schmutzig und fleckig, Die Balkontür defekt , (lässt sich nicht mehr schließen)…. Die Fliesen kaputt, und Schimmelig Im groben gesagt: einfach nicht zu empfehlen. Ich mache hier auch jetzt mit Absicht keine Fotos rein…. Es würde den Rahm sprengen

Nice big two bedroom apartment with a nice big terrace and close to the beach. The owner was very welcoming and helpful, we really enjoyed staying there! Nice big play pool that is only open in the season and private parking (Quite tight)

Not much, only thing is that the terrace looks out to the back at another big apartment building and has the tennis court and playground in front of it. This time of year there were only kids playing and no tennis going on fortunately! Also, winter sun on the terrace in the evenings only.

The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely. We liked the terrace and our dog enjoyed it a lot. The kitchen was fully equipped to include dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge freezer, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. There were 2 double size bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 ensure shower room. Air conditioning worked well (we used it to warm up the property in the evening as December was warm during the day but cooler at night). The lounge/sitting room was spacious. There is a covered car space. The owner is lovely, very helpful and reply very quickly to any enquiry.

The sofa being white leather shows every mark. A sofa cover or upholstery clean would make it look as new.
