"Vacanza da ripetere"

L’appartamento si trova in un quartiere molto gradevole e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, vicino alla spiaggia della Malvarosa. E’ stato appena ristrutturato . La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e disponibile.

"appartamento carino e spazioso a pochi passi dalla spiaggia in buonissima posizione"

proprietario molto disponibile e amichevole, buona posizione vicino ai mezzi pubblici, spiaggia e negozi. l'alloggio era equipaggiato di tutto comprese le cialde per il caffè, sale,olio spezie etc. detersivo per la lavastoviglie asciugamani e biancheria letto. letti molto comodi e connessione eccellente.

l'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di un pò di manutenzione e una ritinteggiata... attenzione a non lasciare troppo aperte le finestre potreste trovarvi degli inquilini in più che provengono forse dal "terrazzo"

Sijainti oli hyvä. Ranta lähellä ja kiva leikkipaikka sekä kauppa lähellä. Esim tieteiden ja taiteiden museoon pääsi helposti bussilla. Hyvät bussiyhteydet sekä ns ratikka lähellä.

Luvattua ilmastointia ei ollut. Toinen suihku valui vettä makuuhuoneeseen. Toisessa vessassa lavuaari tukossa. Yhden makuuhuoneen ovea ei saanut kunnolla kiinni. Kahvinkeitin oli homeessa.

Totul a fost minunat,locatia aproape de plaja si mijloacele de transport , Miguel si sotia sa sunt minunati, ne-au intampinat cu zimbetul pe buze atat la sosire cat si la plecare si ne-au fost de mare ajutor! Cu siguranta vom reveni!!
