Das sehr saubere Apartment im ersten Stock liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Altstadt. Bäckereien und Supermärkte sind in fußläufiger Entfernung und auch die ersten Kneipen und Restaurants sind in 5-10 min erreichbar. Die Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Nespressomaschine, Kühl/Gefrierkombi ist hervorragend und es gibt ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Der Gastgeber Vincente ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Bars gegeben. Die Schlüsselübergabe und -abgabe war unproblematisch und bei Fragen über WhatsApp hat Vincente immer sehr schnell geantwortet und geholfen.

Eins der beiden Betten ist ein wenig durchgelegen und die Dusche ist sehr klein.

El anfitrión sin duda. Nos hizo una explicación buenísima para conocer Valencia además de estar pendiente que estuviésemos bien. El alojamiento es precioso y está sumamente limpio. Además está bien situado porq en un agradable paseo estás en el río o bien cerca del centro.

No hay nada que no nos gustase.

This apartment is in a truly fantastic location right in the heart of the old city, making it perfect for exploring on foot. ​The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, communicating easily in both Spanish and English, which made check-in and any questions simple and stress-free. ​The apartment itself was well-equipped. We were provided with water, coffee, tea, and milk, as well as maps and even a public transport card, which was a huge bonus!

Since the apartment is in an older building, it was quite cool, but this was easily remedied by using the air conditioning unit for heating, so it wasn't a problem. ​For future guests, I have two suggestions for improvement. The mattress on one of the beds is quite worn out and affected our sleep, so I would suggest replacing it. Also, the toilet flush in the bathroom needs to be repaired.

Wonderful 1st floor apartment, well furnished and set out. The kitchen was ready to cook anything plenty of plates, pans utensils etc. Beds nice and comfy and a nice bathroom with a good shower. Vicente is an excellent host and communication is one of his skills. A friendly knowledgeable man. Situated within the old town and everything you need to see is within walking distance

Alloggio molto centrale e comodo per la visita della parte storica della città. Molto confortevole con pulizia ed attrezzature varie a disposizione eccezionali. Vicente si è dimostrato un host molto attento e disponibile.

Era tutto perfetto

De ligging, zeer centraal. Superschoon en alles aanwezig. Host is bijzonder gastvrij, doet echt z’n best voor zijn gasten en heeft tal van goede tips. Was ons gehele verblijf bereikbaar hoewel we dat niet nodig hadden. Zeker aanrader
