Apartamento Ruzafa Centro II

Location, price

The bathroom rules about flushing made us nervous to use tha bathroom in the hallway. Had to use the AC in the master bedroom one night due to allergies. The condensation poured down the wall and made the floor in the bathroom wet and slippery. Towels could be better.

Lokasyon olarak mükemmeldi, canlı ve ulaşımı kolay olan bir bölgede kaldık. Ev sahibimiz Fran bize her konuda gitmeden önce detaylı bilgilendirme yaptı. Eve vardığımızda kendi evimize girer gibi gayet rahat girdik. Bölge ve mahalle gayet güvenli. Hiçbir eksik veya sorunla karşılaşmadık.

bien situé par rapport au centre, ligne de bus à proximité et métro à moins de 10 minutes à pied. Commerces, bar à tapas à proximité avec la réserve que cela peut être un peu bruyant si l'on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes tard le soir et au début de la nuit. Mais on sait que les Espagnols vivent la nuit. Par contre, présence de double vitrage sur les doubles fenêtres plus de volets pour les couche-tôt.

l'utilisation du lave vaisselle nécessite un peu plus de verres et de vaisselles si l'on ne veut pas le remplir avant utilisation. IL manque également au moins une chaîne de télévision en français et en anglais. Un éclairage un peu plus fort aurait été apprécié au niveau de la salle à manger.

The owner Fran was very friendly and helpful and supplied us with loads of information about the area, good places to eat etc. The apartment is very big and very comfortable with everything you'd need. I will definitely be staying here again. The location is spot on, too. The outdoor area is nice, not many apartments in the city would have this, so it was a nice bonus.

The only thing was not being able to open the outdoor blinds fully, but we weren't there much during the day anyway, so it didn't bother us too much.

Une fois le restaurant fermé, la rue est très très calme donc top.

Les odeurs du restaurant en dessous, il faut changer le canapé

Bel espace, bien équipé et proche du centre.

Un peu sombre.
