Very cozy clean spacious apartment, not far from the beach, pleasant owner who explained everything to us and was kind and helpful.

Excellent location, close to beach, close to metro, easy access to old town. Nice bars and coffee shops close by.

Would have liked an outdoor space..

Good location, clean bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, good price/value.

We were in January and A/C weren't able to warm up rooms. Very thin blankets and we were freezing all night. Also matraces could be better.

The appartment is in a reasonable good shape, has many facilities, close to beach, grocery stores, restaurants and to transport means. The hosts were helpfull, easy to get in touch with.

The neighborhood looks somehow old with ruinned buildings and unsafe, the apartament is smaller than expected, the buiding stairs are narrow and no elevator..

Location was quite nice. Beach and Mercadona (big supermarket) were 10 mins walking away. Tram stop and small shops/bars/restaurants - few minutes. Area has no party zones nearby - no disturbance at all. Host is quite helpful and always ready to help. Apartments has almost everything you need for family vacation.

With extreme hot temperature it might me quite tricky to keep second bedroom cool. Kitchen has almost all you need, but dishwasher. For us both things were „manageable“.
