Excellent place and location!

Appartamento in centro Valencia, vicinissimo alla piazza centrale e a tutti i luoghi d’interesse. Dotato di tutti i comfort. Le foto dell’appartamento rispecchiano come è realmente. Unica mancanza: un asciugamano da cucina per asciugare le stoviglie. Host gentile e disponibile.

Le foto non erano conformi,l ho scelto nonostante fosse il più costoso tra altri simili perché in foto si vedeva il bagno con bidet che per noi è una esigenza,invece il bidet è stato sostituito da un mobiletto...bisogna cambiare le foto se si cambiano i servizi offerti per questo ho dato 7

Posizione centrale, comoda. L' appartamento pulito

Appartamento freddo, dotato di un solo termosifone elettrico decisamente insufficiente per il mese di marzo. Per il prezzo l'appartamento è stato piuttosto modesto. Nelle indicazioni era previsto bidè in bagno che non c'è

The location of the property is very central to the old city centre. Very easy to get to the major visitor sites. The property was clean and the entry to the apartment was easy.

There is a bad smell from the drains that seeps into the apartment. The hosts have added plug covers to the drainage points and written an explanation about the problem on a notice in the property, unfortunately you don’t find out about that until you arrive. In particular the lift, which you need to use up to the 4th floor was quite unpleasant.

La ubicación. El acceso, tanto al portal como al apartamento. La facilidad para contactar con la responsable-propietaria. Prácticamente todos tipo de utensilios de cocina, baño,...

Al ser tan céntrico y en la zona antigua, olores del alcantarillado en la zona. Seguramente, al ser en fallas, por la saturación de gente.
