Blue Waves Apartment with Maltese Balcony

Absolutely nothing . I could have stayed at The Hilton Hotel for the same money . It was the biggest ripoff ever . I cannot believe how they can get away with it . Broken down old apartment which literally ruined our holiday .

There is nothing in that apartment that doesn’t need to be fixed or replaced. I will make sure that no one gets bitten like we did . On the website everything looked nice . When we opened the front door which already looked shambles we were shocked !

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. All were amenities included. Good location

Staff was not that helpful as communication was not easy. Sending messages through booking.com was useless. Payment instructions have to be more clearer and should be done through booking.com directly. I thought the payment went through and when we arrived at the location, i called and staff told me that payment must be done through their link they sent through messages. I felt uncomfortable to pay from a local portal and it felt a bit sketchy. Therefore we spent two hours waiting for the apartment to be cleaned, had to check in way later than actual check in time.
