Easy communication. Ok decorated. Furniture as much as one needs - enough free space. Clean. Wifi. TV. Basic things in kitchen etc.. All that you need. Small shops in walking distance. Lucky with not having noisy neighbours as sound isolation is not great in those soviet block houses. If someone wants to exerience a soviet flat - this is a good option in a positive meaning. The basic structural things are there, but appartment and whole block is nicely refreshed.

It is a soviet block house - chaotic parking, poor sound isolation, toilet separated, light switches in weird high... But those are things owner can not change much. Old batteries make sleeping rooms unpleasantly cold in winter, sofa is simply old. That can be improved.

"Excellent apartment in Valmiera"

Spacious. 1 minute walk to nearest supermarket. 5 minute walk to pizzeria. Parking was easy at the back of the property. Shower was hot and powerful. Check-in was a breeze. Balcony with a little hammock was nice as well.

I liked everything.
