Precioso atico en pleno centro de Valencia

The localisation very centric.

- the temperature in the flat is very cold, the 2 heaters and warm A/C could help a bit but it was still too much cold inside. (december). It was even better outside in the street that inside the flat.. - no hot water in the lavabo.. - the horrible smell of pipe in the bathroom. - the quality of the cleaning : the towels provided were smelling humidity after only 1 use. - no mattress cover, the bedsheets are directly put on the mattress, not very hygienic. - top floor flat but no elevator. Wasnt clearly mentioned in the announce. - not even 1 water bottle to welcome the guests. Conclusion : everything was very very cheap except of course the price of the night. I was travelling with my mother and we couldnt handle the cold and poor quality of the flat anymore, we left it and booked an hotel for the same price with breakfast included, hot water, warm room, clean towels, elevator, and view. (!!)

Very easy to access the property using the key box. We were able to have an early check in too which was really kind of the host. Property was clean and spacious and in a fantastic location which meant we could walk everywhere in the centre of Valencia. Wifi worked perfectly. We even got the bus down to the beach one day which was really handy. There is a small supermarket around the corner so that was really convenient too.

Furniture on the terrace needs replaced as it was very tired and there were no cushions for the seats so we couldn’t sit on them, which was a shame as the terrace was one of the reasons we booked the property. Also, the bed in the second bedroom was not very comfortable and the pillows were a bit lumpy so we bought some at a local shop for our stay.

Location is fantastic ! ( russafa is super Nice and you are in old city in 2 minutes) Staff is friendly and helpful

Beds ( too hard) 4th floor ( a lot of stairs but you get used to it)
