Very nice and cozy apartment, we were in Loft 1, with direct access to the pool and terrace. We didn't use the pool, but the water was clean ant warm. The location is not far at all to Gulliver park, City of science and down town. Easy to get to the location from the airport. The host was very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend.

"Leuk appartement voor een kort verblijf in Valencia!"

Mooi appartement, voorzien van alles wat je tijdens een kort verblijf nodig hebt. Zelfs met een klein zwembad voor algemeen gebruik (die ook nog best warm was tijdens deze koude dagen) en wasmachine die je gratis mag gebruiken. Ligging is goed, veel leuke uitgaansgelegenheden in de buurt, centrum op loopafstand.

De douche was soms wat lauw en de waterdruk niet top, maar zeker voldoende.

Estรก cuidado al detalle, sin desperdiciar ni un cm, puesto que no le sobran. Fuimos a un evento cerca y hemos estado muy a gusto. Totalmente recomendable.

Molto bello, spazioso ed arredato bene. Bella posizione, comodo. Il proprietario รจ gentile. Ottimi servizi (piscina e terrazzino) e molto estetico. Ci siamo trovate super bene!

Qualche macchia qua e lร  ma nulla di grave, siamo state molto bene lo stesso.

"Compact, clean, fine for a short stay."

The property was in a good location. A pleasant neighbourhood with shops and restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately, the guests upstairs had feral children. They were bombing in the pool, making the surrounding area unusable. We love having children about but these were unsupervised. Not the hosts fault but be aware the outside area is small and shared by many. The advert should show that the upstairs terrace shown is not shared and for one apartment only.

Fantรกstico apartamento. Nos quedamos 4 personas, lo usรกbamos para ducharlos y dormir practicamente, y la verdad que ha sido un acierto. Muy bien equipado, todo muy cรณmodo y sobre todo la atenciรณn del dueรฑo ha sido espectacular. Muy recomendable
