Catedral Reina Apartaments

Very good location.

I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Instead I got 2 connected rooms. The first one has no windows and you have to get into the other room to go to the bathroom. I expected a bit more privacy and that's why I booked an apartment. Also, I wanted to cook but there was no kitchen. only a small fridge and a microwave in the closet. This is actually a room inside an apartment so you can expect a bit noise from the other guests. The description of the room should change from an apartment with 2 rooms to 2 rooms (that way you would get what you book).

Great location and really friendly people. Nicoleta was great and even let us leave our luggage in the apartment as we had a late flight. Clean, comfortable place. Location was absolutely perfect with so many bars, restaurants and sights right outside the door.

The apartment is in Placa de la Reina, very close to terraces, places to visit, stores. It is a big apartment, we rented it all, we were 13 people and it was very good, clean, with all you need for a good stay.

As in all of Spain, the winter is cold in the apartments because they only have air conditioners, an idea would be to purchase an electric heater for the winter period in each room. But overall the apartment is very nice and well located, we liked it a lot.

The location is amazing, bathroom is clean and staff is really pleasant.

The drain odour is really strong sometimes - not sure if this a thing about Valencia itself as i also felt the bad smell in some streets. The beds make too much noise and double bed mattress could be a bit more comfortable. There should be more bed linen - with ac on, it can become a bit cold and the sheets arent enough. When booking, i thought we'd have the whole apartment, but when we got there we understood it was actually 2 bedrooms with shower room and some kitchen utensils - we felt a bit frustrated as the ad says "1 two-bedroom apartment" and it gave the impression of having kitchen and etc.
