Bianca

The apartment has been recently renovated. The floor/walls and bathroom are new. Everything is in very good condition. The home appliances are from good brands (such as Philips, Samsung, etc) and not cheap stuff like it is seen in similar accommodations. The kitchen´s cabinets are not new, however they are ok. Bianca keeps the apartment really clean, that is rare nowadays in similar places. Bus stops and metro stations are 2 blocks away and quite convenient. Same with supermarkets. Bianca is a lovely lady.

The neighbourhood is dodgy. The area is deteriorated (facades of buildings are wrecked, exposed wires and cables, rubbish and dog´s feces around) and you must watchout for pick pockets. Daylight is ok to walk on the street but I would NOT go out in the evening with my wife and kids. If you are with friends or are used to rough places (such as South America, Africa, etc) then you should not worry. I find important to share this information because I did not read such stuff before I booked it since I focused on the apartment conditions only. On the way from the train station to the accommodation, the taxi driver gave me the heads up about the area and I confirmed afterwards. In addition, it takes around 1h or more by bus or metro to "quiet" beaches like Patacona. It may take less time to beaches like Playa de las Arenas or Malvarosa, but those beaches are packed and there are many pick pockets around.

The location is perfect, it’s near a metro station and it’s easy to get around the city. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. It was super clean and confortable.

There is no oven.

A very good apartment, everything you need is available: kitchen well equiped, washing machine and dryer. Space is enough even for 2 adults and 3 children, good beds and very clean.

Location is not so good. Although close to metro and bus stations the actual building and neatby area is …”strange”. I would not recommend it for people that needs to feel more safe. A new TV would be great :)

Property was spacious, pristine and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Bianca representative was efficient and responsive. Location was served by nearby supermarket and other stores. Local busses were inexpensive. Area was peaceful and quiet.

Outer appearance looked a bit rundown. Thin walls carried sounds from neighbours but nights were quiet.

The location of the apartment is perfect, very quiet at night and within walking to distance for the metro. Also one can find a supermarket just few corner up and once a week there is a market just across the road. There is also a water park (Piscina Parc de l'Oest) further down the road where I am sure if your travelling with kids they are going to love it.

Although its safe to walk at night there are some areas where its a bit shabby that might put you off.
