Appartamento molto spazioso per una famiglia con zona giorno dotata di ampie vetrate e molto luminosa. Cucina ben fornita di elettrodomestici e prodotti per la pulizia. Posizione ottimale per la vicinanza alla spiaggia, alla bike station e a ottimi locali sul lungo spiaggia. Proprietario molto disponibile e cortese.

The apartment was spacious and very comfy. It was fully equipped for longer stays Marva-Iosa beach was 5min walking Bus stop was also very close Miguel the owner was great host We had excellent time in Valencia and I would recommend the apartment to anyone who wants accommodation near beach

The apartment is very close to the beach and has everything you may need: dishwasher, AC, wifi, iron board etc.

The apartment is very basic in terms of furniture or design.

Very nice host who was very helpful and made our stay extremely comfortable for us. The apartment is spacious, clean and adequately equipped. It is located very close to bus stops, a grocery store (Mercadona) restaurants and just a few steps from the beach. The apartment has air conditioning, and the bedrooms also have fans and heaters for colder days. I highly recommend this place. Thank you very much for the possibility of early check-in and later check-out! :)
