El apartamento es muy grande, está muy bien equipado y es muy tranquilo sin ruidos. El propietario es muy simpático y la comunicación con él fue muy rápida y agradable. Volveremos sin duda a este apartamento en cuanto volvamos a Valencia...lo recomiendo 100 por 100. Está muy bien situado ya que cruzando están los jardines del Turia, y el barrio es muy céntrico, seguro y dinámico.

La situación es buena cerca del centro, el apartamento está bien equipado tiene todo lo necesario.

Esta un poco viejuno necesita una actualización urgente. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, hacia ruido pero no enfriaba.

Sin duda la ubicación y el anfitrión me pareció muy amable como toda la gente que me atendió en Valencia, como en pocos sitios. En la casa te dejan un poco de todo.

El piso es amplio pero necesita creo alguna mejora, eché de menos aire acondicionado en el salón, no eran días de mucho calor y pasé calor y en aire de los dormitorios se regulaba mal, con respecto al que yo conozco.
