great location, very easy to reach by Metro from the airport; being on a large main road, you will find shops, supermarkets, cafès and restaurants all around, and it's just a 10 mins walk from the Ciutat Vella and the lively city center. the apartment is very neat and orderly, rooms are tidy with a large enough living and kitchen area; the host was kind enough to wait for us despite our belated flight to hand us the keys and supported us in every way during our stay. I really recommend the place!

A clean, well equipped, modern style apartment in a traditional building. The property is in a good location for exploring the city. The hosts are friendly and check-in was straightforward.

Great location , the City centre is close , about 10 min walking distance. The owner was very friendly . Great choice for a city-break !

Excellent location. a supermarket and pharmacy are immediately next to the apartment entrance. It’s near to a metro stop that is a direct 30 min ride to the airport and it’s on a main road for buses. It is easy walking distance to El Carmen historic centre in Valencia.

Double bed mattress was foam and not sprung, it could have been more comfortable.

You have to know that the apartment is on 2nd floor without any elevator & there is no AC in the unit. There is unpleasant odor coming from big bathroom, so we had to keep the door closed.

Very spacious, excellent communication, clean, great host.

It was a bit coldish in December even though they had 3 heaters.

They checked us in two hours earlier. Spacious kitchen which is equipped with everything you would need and even more - fully equipped for living. A lot of space. Two separate bathrooms. Balcony overlooking the park. The Appartment is even a bit better than in photos.

The kitchen is overlooking the street with high traffic and it is noisy all the time. If you are light sleeper, this might be a problem. But both rooms are overlooking other side of the building, which is quiet. You can hear underground metro at night. The bed linen is polyester, so if you are sensitive to this, it could be a problem.

The apartment was very close in walking distance to the historic locations and modern areas as well as the Metro.

While it was close to everything we wanted to see, the location was also on the main avenue, so lots of vehicle traffic could be heard when the balcony doors were open.
