Buenos dias Respeto a la reserva me gustaria sobre cuando haran la devolucion de la diferencia al haber tenido el problema del primer apartamento. Des de atencion al cliente nos dijeron que seria el dia siguiente es decir hoy al ser un problema de ustedes se harian cargo de la diferencia y nos devolverian a nosotros la diferencia pagada el dia 19 de febrero La diferencia a devolver es de 1183.48 euros Espero su respuesta en la mayor brevedad possible ya sea por telefono 695438931 o al correo georgeflys@hotmail.com Un saludo Jordi Torner

NEVER ABLE TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY, information was never provided by the Property. Coming to find out check in was 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Reservation was made the same day after 6 PM. BOKKONG should not have allowed the reservation to be confirmed.

Unacceptable support from Property, a call back would have helped. Booking was not any help in finding another location.

Location

We arrived late and the lady who cleans was to meet us but her husband came instead and sat in the car without letting the security guard or my daughter who was there alone know so there was a lot of confusion as we did not have the exact apartment address in the conplex and worry collecting the key
