L'appartement était très propre et sentait bon. Les chambres sont grandes, avec volet. Nous avons dormi dans la chambre donnant sur la rue et c était très calme. A 5 minutes à pied du métro et magasins Accès facile a notre arrivée, Ruban est très réactif. Wifi nickel

"Ideal para visitar València"

La ubicación está bien dado que teníamos que acudir a una reunión de trabajo en Av. Cardenal Benlloch (apenas a 20mins a pie) y con la posibilidad de acceder rápidamente al centro gracias a que la parada de Marítim está, literalmente, a la vuelta de la esquina

De las pocas pegas que le puedo poner al apartamento es que como está situado en un edificio con sus años, éste no cuenta con ascensor (a nosotros no nos importó, pero entiendo que haya gente más cómoda en ese aspecto)

l'immobile è molto grande e spazioso

l'acqua per la doccia usciva con poca pressione. visto che siamo stati a fine dicembre faceva freddo e pioveva, quindi abbiamo usufruito dei condizionatori per il caldo ma non potevamo accendere il phone perchè si staccava la corrente.

"Meilleur endroit pour visiter Valence !"

Notre hôte était très gentil, trés disponible, très arrangeant. Emplacement idéal à côté du métro pour l'aéroport, à 5min d'un arrêt de bus pour la Cité des sciences, à 20min à pied de la plage. L'appartement était très propre et très spacieux, nous étions 6 et nous nous sommes sentis très très bien. Il y a un LIDL à 200m, trés pratique également.

Rien, tout était parfait :-)

Supportive host, fully equipped kitchen, 4 mins to the metro line, plenty of space

Gas water heater is playing up, making it literally impossible to take a shower. The hot water is there for a minute, and then the boiler turns off for a couple minutes, then on again for a minute, then off again and so on

Fantastic spacoius apartment well located near the metro beach and city centre. We had 6 peiple staying for the Valencia marathon who all loved the apartment. The owner was helpful from the start of the booking process up to our departure. Would highly reccomend this apartment for a short city break.
