Big spacious penthouse next to the sea

Really nice and huge apartment. Contact with the owner very fast. We are very satisfied.

Really nice place to stay in Valencia. A lot of space inside, close to supermarkets and Maritim metro station. It's about 20 min on foot to the sea and also to the Art and Science City.

everything you need for a family with 3 kids , very clean , equipped kitchen, spacious place, very close to supermarkets and public transportation... for us was just perfect

Everything was great.

The apartment is really large, and the major advantage are three separate bedrooms, which worked pretty well for us since there were five of us - not many apartments like this around. There are two balconies on both sides of the building. The kitchen is neatly equipped with basic cooking utensils and even some spices and oils. There’s a new washing machine in kitchen, and also ironing board and iron, all of them came really handy. There’s a bidet in bathroom, I mean, it may sound weird but that’s not so common in Spain. Contact with owner Was excellent, and the instruction regarding the apartment were very clear. Parking spaces on the street were free of charge. Overall I think it’s really worth the money, especially if You travel in groups, since there’s not many “normal apartments” with that much space, most of places that could comfortably host more than 4 people are labeled as “luxurious” and are way more expensive.

The location is not that good, there is a metro station nearby but after 2400h there’s not a single train going either way. I would also discourage anyone to come by car as it’s very hard to find parking space around the neighborhood, there’s not even a single paid parking lot around.

Clean, spacious, reasonably priced appartment. Very close to metro, a short walking distance to beach, Ciudad de las Artes, shopping center. Supermarket very close. Friendly host who responds promptly. All well arranged.

View from balcony on site under construction. Lots of noisy pigeons on the roof. Many stairs to climb, no elevator.
