Good communication. Location is excellent. Has several amenities.

Listing says there is a balcony but there isn't! The ceilings are very short, anyone over 6 feet tall will bump their head on the beams. The laundry machine is located on a crowded landing with other utilities and open to the environment. The key code randomly stopped working in the middle of the trip; while it was eventually resolved, it was very inconvenient.
