Laura Sea View Apartment

We liked that the apartment was really close to the sea, and that the building had a supermarket at the ground level. The apartment was really nice, with all the facilities you would need.

We didn't like that one of the rooms were directly connected to the living room, which made everything a bit complicated for the people staying in the living room.

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, pasan autobuses para ir al centro, a menos de 5 minutos de la playa. Sin duda volveremos.

Excelente localização. Fomos sempre a pé para a praia e para jantar. Supermercado mesmo ao lado.

Colchões com baste uso já não são planos. Falta de insonorização. Ouvem-se os vizinhos dos apartamentos ao lado a falar e tudo o que se passa no hall do andar. Ouvem-se as portas dos apartamentos e até do prédio a fechar.

The location was great, the hosts were fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate us. It was clean and spacious and so close to the beach.

We booked this apartment because the photos made it look quite nice, but unfortunately, the reality was disappointing. The apartment is quite old and had a persistent unpleasant smell. The coffee machine was broken, the doors didn’t close properly, and there was noticeable dirt throughout the space. Some of the kitchen items were even rusted. One of the bedrooms had no window at all, and the other was very small and felt uninviting. Noise from the neighbors was constant, both during the day and night, which made it difficult to relax. To top it off, there were no basic welcoming touches like a bottle of water or any essentials provided. Overall, the experience did not live up to expectations.

The apartment matched the description and was very well organized in terms of layout. There are bus stops nearby, as well as a supermarket.

Difficult communication with the host. Upon arrival, we had to call and text several phone numbers before someone came to unlock the apartment and check us in. The air conditioner in the living room didn't work in heating mode, and at this time of the year, it was hard to warm up the apartment. The electricity in the apartment went out twice, and once again, communication with the host was very difficult in order to resolve the issue.
