Appartamento accogliente con terrazzino, doccia spaziosa e letto comodo. Ingresso indipendente. Ci sono diversi posti per fare colazione e brunch vicino a casa. C’è anche un deposito bagaglio e biciclette a un paio di minuti a piedi e questo è molto comodo. In bici si va al mare in pochi minuti e anche a piedi è fattibile

Purtroppo è un po’ umido, il bagno non è finestrato quindi anche questo non aiuta e c’era un po’ di muffa

Was not clean

The location is excellent — everything you need is just a 5-minute walk away, which was definitely the highlight of the stay. The apartment itself is okay, but unfortunately the cleanliness was a major issue.

The couch was old and dirty, the bed was not clean, and there were black hairs everywhere that definitely weren’t ours. The shower was full of hair, the blanket had stains that looked like blood, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the apartment. When I asked the hosts to replace the bedding, they sent photos and claimed they had changed everything. In reality, they only replaced the sheet — and even that one was dirtier than before. Later they said there had been a “miscommunication,” but the blanket was never changed at all. The dishes were also dirty, there were no paper towels available, and overall the apartment felt very unclean and poorly maintained. There’s also no proper place or setup to dry clothes, so it’s best to take them to a nearby laundromat (about a 3-minute walk away). Overall, the location is great, but the lack of cleanliness and poor response from the host made the stay disappointing.
