Position is eccellent to visit city center and having a full immersion in Valencia ancient town. Pretty close to metro and bus station, to easily reach different areas and the beach. Close to bike renting spots, to enjoy wonderful parks and biking Lines. The remote assitance with owners worked. Rooms are comfortable enough in terms of available space.

Stairs to the apartment are not very clean. Few details in the house (such as the bathroom fan not working at all and the broken hand shower) have not been fixed before or during arrival. If you are going during summertime, be aware the air conditioning is not available and especially in the mezzanine sleeping can be very hard.

Es muy bonito, y acogedor está bien equipado

No tiene aire acondicionado y en una de las habitaciones hace muchísimo calor. Tuvimos que bajar el colchón al salón para poder dormir

Nice location, close to the park.

If you are visiting in the summer months it can be really hot since there are only fans in the apartment. Also can be noisy during the weekend in the night.

Casa identica alle foto molto carina ed accogliente ci è piaciuta tanto è perfetta

Unica pecca il fatto che non c’è aria condizionata quindi essendo al terzo piano era veramente tanto caldo

L'endroit était vraiment bien, il avait des arrêts de bus a 5 min de la maison. La maison était propre. Bien pour quatre personnes. La cuisine bien équipé.

Le manque de climatisation, avec la canicule c'était vraiment pas confortable de rester à la maison. Je conseille pas aux personnes qui se sentent mal lorsque c'est très chaud. Il y avait aussi des insectes bizarres dans la salle de bain le soir, donc pour les personnes qui sont dégoutés, c'est pas pour vous. C'est aussi trois étages très serrés sans ascenseur.
