I have a very good experience with this stay. It is important to know that you have to pay in advance. Even though booking says you have to pay there, this does not correspond to the conditions of the property. You have to pay with a link and the owner will send you the code from the property. The owner is very nice and helps you if you need anything during your stay.

The only good thing about this place was the location.

Almost everything. 1. On booking.com, it says 'pay at the facility' which is wrong, they force you to charge you in advance by threatening not to give you the code to the door. 2. The specific address they gave us was wrong, so we had to look for the place, when e called for help, instead of simly giving us the correct address, they told us to send them a message via booking.com. So, we are in the middle of the street, with our luggages and we are supposed to send a message to them via booking and wait for the answer (I still don't know why they couldn't tell us the address on the phone). 3. Whenever you have a problem (like the heater did not work), they don't respond at all, the only time I got through to someone, he barely spoke any English so I passed my phone to local asking for help and he passed the phone back to me in 20 seconds telling me that there is an idiot on the other side of the line. 4. This is a penthouse ob the 5th floor ith no elevator and narrow stairs, with the luggages, it was a hassle. In addition, there are stairs literally everywhere in the appartment, elderly and families with kids should definitely avoid it.

The property is very spacious, mind it that it has unusual layout, but it actually gives it a nice twist and unusual experience. It has 2 bedrooms - in different sides of the apartment (one of them is actually on a lower floor, there is staircase in the apartment), living room with sofa bedfor extra people, and 2 kitchens (one big kitchen and one bar kitchen), two amazing terraces with sea views. Very accommodative host, has allowed us early checkin and have made restaurant reservations for our group.

There were no sunbeds, but the host said they are considering to update the terrace with sunbeds for summer.

This was such a treat to stay here. The apartment was beautiful, quiet and easy to get to many locations on the island. The welcome team was welcoming and explained everything we needed to know. The amenities were great, everything was well appointed, very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

I would suggest hooks in the entry for jackets, hooks in the bathroom.

Spectacular space with amazing views! Great for bigger groups, and the location is perfect. The team who has hosted us were absolutely lovely!

We would suggest to add sunbeds.
