In the morning, prior to our arrival, the front desk contacted us to inquire about our expected arrival time. We confirmed that we would arrive by 12 o’clock, so at that time, I called to inform them that I would actually be arriving around 1 am since we needed to eat. I also sent them a text message with my location, indicating that I was very close to the hotel. Upon our arrival, they provided us with a room that did not match our reservation. They had assigned our room to another guest. Booking need to go under review. What kind of management operates this way, and what type of booking system permits such an outrageous ridiculous service, such as this.I will never stay at that hotel throughout my entire time living in Vietnam.

Dịch vụ tư vấn trước kỳ nghỉ => không có. Dịch vụ k rõ ràng app booking gửi 1 loạt ảnh và thông tin nhưng " phòng trên ảnh khác hoàn toàn với phòng nhận"??? Thông tin trong giữ xe miễn phí, thực ra lại mất phí. Bạn sale liên hệ cũng k có hướng dẫn các phát sinh từ ban đâu. Cá nhân tôi để chuyến đi nghỉ, vui chơi cùng gia đình nhiều thú vị nên k có gây bất kỳ khó khăn gì lại với nơi cung cấp dịch vụ. Nhưng thực chất k hài lòng.

Ne cherchez pas l'hôtel "Seaside Homestay Beachfront" car vous ne le trouverez pas. Il s'agit d'un appartement situé dans le même immeuble que l'hôtel "Mermaid homestay ", à savoir donc. Malheureusement, il est très difficile de profiter de la plage à cet endroit car ce sont surtout des rochers qui sont placés là, ce n'est donc pas l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la plage. Attention ! Prévoyez de payer en liquide car, contrairement à ce que l'annonce indique, le propriétaire n'a pas de terminal de paiement.
