"Very Good"

Great location and a designated parking spot was fantastic. Good value for the money.

The hair dryer desperately needs replacing. It was sticky all over to the touch. The frying pan was also losing its Teflon. Some of it is a little run down and needs a spruce up. It needs a little renovation (not many places still have linoleum)

"Excellent"

The location was amazing. Lovely size, had a wonderful time, sofa was comfy. The facilities were pretty good (but dated). All nice and clean. Parking was a complete bonus.

I didn't like the fact that the hall didn't have motion sensor lighting, you could not tell if anyone was outside the door, pitch black, my young teen daughter didn't want to leave on the own to go outside without me. The TV was old, no access to modern apps such as netflix, prime, BBC etc. It was slightly dated. It had a musty smell. No window in the main bedroom only patio doors which were in a bad state. These are things that can be sorted, i would def stay again.

"Very enjoyable stay."

Centrally located in West Bay. Dedicated undercover parking space. Lift access.

Extractor fan in bathroom did not work. We visited in December 2024 and it was out of order then. The extractor fan in en suite did not work either. The plug to the basin in the en suite is broken and was like that in December 2024.

"Superb"

Close to amenities, free parking with dedicated spot. Apartment was well equipped and clean. Welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Selection of board games for entertainment.

Main road was a little noisy with traffic and people, blackout curtains could maybe help with this and prevent early sunlight? Unable to locate communal bin/recycling room initially as locked door not labelled or made obvious on signage.

"Very enjoyable a great location to enjoy West Bat from."

Light, roomy, hot water, good views of country side. Placed well in reach of restaurants.

Bed could be better quality and king size. Windows through other parts of building had been cleaned but sadly not ours. After I cleaned bird poo, dirt and sand from windows it made the flat feel much cleaner and brighter and enjoyable.
