Rose Alley Apartment

La posizione centralissima è ottima e l’appartamento all’interno è carino.

Assolutamente da cambiare l’ingresso alla struttura: indecente! Si entra da una porta che dà sulla via principale e che è costantemente aperta a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Si passa attraverso un corridoio (stile Shining) sporco e puzzolente, per arrivare nel retro di un caffè con bottiglie e barili di birra vuoti (a decoro del tutto anche un posacenere pieno di decine di cicche). Si accede infine all’appartamento salendo una scala di ferro e attraverso una porta chiusa solo con una chiave da interno, cosa che, data la mancanza di chiusura della porta su strada non conferisce minima idea di sicurezza. Consiglio vivamente al proprietario di porre rimedio perché è un vero peccato per la sua struttura!

We really liked the location. It was very central and close to shops and pubs. The apartment was lovely and clean and the facilities great! We would definitely stay here again.

Very Central handy location but areas in apartment need attention.

Entrance alley, stairway, not disable friendly, main shower not working, windows filthy.

The reason to stay here is the location! It is literally on the Main Street of town above a highly rated restaurant, right across from the two bars with trad music every night, but wasn’t loud. Communication was also great! The beds were comfy and full kitchen was nice even though we didn’t have time to use it much.

It’s a tad treacherous to climb up the metal stairs in the alley up to the apartment with bags. Also, while things were mostly clean, the place needs a deep clean. There was dust on the lamps, etc., The skylights had lots of visible dust and I think mold, and one bedroom had a gap in the ceiling with mold… We wouldn’t have stayed if our reservation was longer than a night because of that mold.

The location couldn't have been better. Really spacious and clean. Very friendly host. Comfortable beds, lovely showers and kitchen facilities.

Our host David was very helpful advising us of where to park by text beforehand. and check in was easy with guidance by text. The apartment is sutuated right in the heart of Westport. The location is excellent. Apartment is really lovely and very clean. Bedrooms are located at back away from street so ideal. One has an ensuite. Nice decor. Beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our stay.
