Newbiggin town

No cot when booked for one year old. No vaccume cleaner so forced to use a sweeping brush to get worse off the carpets with young toddler. Unuseable bed settee heavily soiled and unhygienic. Very dusty in corners.

The apartment is lovely and has everything you need for a comfy stay. The beach is a couple of minutes' walk over the golf course. It's in the perfect place to visit lots of different locations all within an hours drive. If you have adventurous kids you can pretty much walk/climb all the way along the coast line from beach to beach on the rocks.

Unfortunately the garden is unkempt and unusable, it would have been lovely to sit out in the evening but the grass was knee high until our last day when someone strimmed it but was still to long to use.

Very clean and modern

Matress was like sleeping on springs and burnt my hand on the taps in the bathroom. The taps are the wrong way round and I put the cold tap on when brushing my teeth and didn't pay attention and stuck my hands under. Other than those 2 points the place was great.

Clean and well appointed

Unkempt garden, no outside light, shower and tv worked intermittently

Location

Dirty glasses 2 with mould in, worktops not wiped , empty crisp packet left, bin not emptied, gardens a mess broken furniture left in it , tv not working properly and shower not working.

Convenient location to town , beach. Easy to maintain.

Poor Internet quality. Lack of hoover to clean flat.a
