Park View - Two bedroom apartment

Comfortable and clean rooms. A well equipped kitchen. Quiet area. The information provided by the host was incredible- everything you needed to know sent before we arrived.

Only the shared hallway. It smelled really bad. Although once the door was closed it did not smell up the stairs to the apartment.

100% happy with the apartment. Clean, tidy , cozy and it had everything you could possibly need . The beds were all very comfortable and overall I could not fault anything inside the apartment. It certainly was well worth the money.

This is a constructive criticism …. The entrance to the building is well below what anyone would expect from renting apartment. The footpath leading to the front door is extremely dangerous with very uneven surfaces. Also with the great weather we had when we were visiting it would have been fantastic to be able to have sat outside the apartment and have enjoyed the sunshine . I honestly would pay a little more for the week if the entrance and garden had been better.

Very good location next to park and fairly close to the sea. Beautiful view on the park from the bay window. The flat was clean and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Things which can easily enhance the experience: some hooks in the bathroom - there is not a single thing to hang up washbag, towel and clothes. There are no lids for the pots and eggcups would have been quite handy. there is no hairdryer. Also the beds in the back bedroom are rather uncomfortable and worn out. Unfortunately, the entrance is quite shabby and smelly and there is a strong damp smell when coming up the stairs and in the back bedroom and on the couch despite having tried to air the place.

The property is in great location. Very comfortable and spotless clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We have, stayed here twice now in very cold weather. The flat is cosy and warm and comfortable. It is well maintained and very clean. Restaurants and shops a reasonable walk.

The shower is a bit of a challenge! Could do with some instructions 😊.

Very spacious apartment, nice modern bathroom and small kitchen. Bedrooms plenty big enough and large living room was great. Very much appreciated: - The games, books, toys and jigsaws. My 4 year old was so excited! - The huge spinning cuddle chair (again, a massive hit with the 4 year old). - The ‘essentials’ in the kitchen e.g. teabags, cling film. We had brought most things but great to have backups. - Great location, a short walk from shops, convenient for us visiting family, and what a lovely park to be next to. - I liked the vintage furniture in the bedrooms, way nicer than IKEA. - Was a bit worried about parking, and while it was a full street when we arrived (late on a Friday evening), the next street over had loads of space.

Minor things, but I would like to see: - clearer house number, perhaps on front gate. Was quite hard to read the numbers on front doors in the dark! - a permanent fitted stair gate, those stairs are sheer and it was a mission late at night trying to fix an unfamiliar stairgate into place. - some tlc needed e.g. missing tile needs replacing in bathroom, and one of the large kitchen plates has a massive chip in it. (talking of plates, the big plates don’t fit in the microwave so some medium ones would be handy.)
