"For the most part - pleasant."

The property is in a great location. Close to the train station and close to the beach front. We walked everywhere which was lovely!

Unfortunately due to no fault of the owners, the downstairs tenant was noisy and disruptive which impacted our stay. Other than that it is worth noting that if you are elderly you will struggle with the bath/shower with it being high you have to step into it.

Lovely large, modern property. Only a few minutes’ walk to the sea and ten mins walk to pubs and restaurants. Great to have parking also.

Beach Haven is convenient for the seafront and the town centre, just a short walk. There are shops and bars and restaurants nearby Very useful is the off street parking. A valuable thing.

"Lovely accommodation, plenty to see & do, load of places to eat & drink, great place to visit."

Everything was as excellent & better than expected, the flat is lovey & very spacious in a quite road with the beach / sea at one end & just a 10 min walk to the pier & shops - would highly recommend if staying the Worthing & woud book a stay again.

Instructions for the TV, I'm not very tech savvy & struggled / couldn't connect to Virgin TV.
