Nothing, really

The apartment wasn't clean, nor ready to fit 3 people. There was a huge humidity stain with black stuff coming off of it affecting the living room where 1 person was sleeping, there was only 1 duvet, no shampoo, cracking bed, dirty sheets and towels. Broken towel hangers, an absolutely horrendous experience.

The door locked and there was a lift

Advertised with parking! Parking outside was for 2 hours only, nearest large car park 10 mins away 25 euro charge to park, when we arrived we entered the apartment, only to look out of the window and see people were tying to use my car to sit on and lean against! Every morning we were woken by the main door being slammed, other people staying there made that much noise dragging chairs around, the air con didn’t work! Also a sign saying excessive use and you’ll be charged more! The settee looked like it had been built wrong and lots of the furniture was tatty/damaged. The bed looked like it had been slept in!

The bed was comfortable. The kitchen tools useful. Good location in the center of the city, close to Ebro river. Was fresh and cool in hot summer days.

We were staying on the first floor, apartment nr.1, the street quite noisy from the living room, the sofa bed not really great for sleeping. The toaster is not working properly.

The kitchen was ok.

The sofa was terrible, there was mold in the bathroom and in the hallway. The springs in the mattress were terrible. The bathroom was dirty and we were welcomed by urine in the bowl. No towels. You couldn't open the windows because of the smell from the outside.

Great flat and located near to the Bascilica.

Sign in flat stating efficient use of air con, nobody met us upon arrival. All done via telephone call. Little confusing. Quite abrupt. Shower head holder broken. No plugs for sinks. No kettle or toaster.
