Veoma čisto, ima većinu stvari koja vam je potrebna, dobar klima uredjaj, susretljiv vlasnik.

Tuš kabina koja propušta na sve strane, nakon svakog tuširanja kupatilo je pod vodom. Nedostatak velikih peškira, nedostatak zamrzivača (samo frižider). Ne dopunjuju toalet papir, ne čiste sobe tokom boravka (7 dana) itd.
