Lokacija i to što objekat nije prevelik, to jeste što nije zgradurina kakvih je Zlatibor prepun.

Dosta bučna ulica, ali to je tako ne može dobra lokacija bez buke. Nema kuhinjskog aspiratora, tako kad bi neko želeo nešto da skuha miris kuhanja bi mu se zadržavao u dnevnoj sobi.

Локација одлична,близина центра, пијаце. У соби и кухињи све што је потребно за свакодневне потребе. Неколико маркета ( ДИС, УНИВЕР), локалних продавница и подрум пића. Ресторан хране за понети са веома приступачним ценама. Домаћини су водили рачуна о детаљима(.седалице за клупе испред објекта и кишобрани у случају лошег врема ). Тих и миран крај без грађевинских радова. Домаћини веома љубазни предусретљиви .
