The apartment exceeded all expectations and provided an unforgettable stay. The location is simply perfect – slightly removed from the bustling center, offering a peaceful atmosphere, with breathtaking views from the terrace. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The warmth of the space added to the coziness, and we loved having complete control over the temperature to suit our preferences. Breakfast in the ground-floor restaurant was outstanding, with a delicious and varied buffet that catered to all tastes. The spa center and indoor pool were impeccably clean, offering a luxurious experience with a stunning view to enjoy while relaxing. The snowfall during our stay made the ambiance even more magical, adding to the charm of this incredible property. I can’t wait to return and enjoy this wonderful place once again!

There were only a number of hours the pool and the spa were open, the pool was dirty and the jacuzzi was not working. I paid especially for such a hotel. In addition, the receptionist was not there most of the time and I received answers from the guy from the restaurant who did not know English

When needed opening of spa center a bit earlier, staff helped us out. Very cimmunicative and pleasant.

There was nothing bad.
