Lux apartman Zlatibor

We are regular Booking travelers and would rate this apartment as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The owner is the most thoughtful, gracious host. She provided us with all the information we needed. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. Definitely we are going again.

During the check in it turned out that there is no AC in the apartment, even though it should be according to the description on Booking. Only a small ventilator was provider (only 1 for 2 rooms). When we mentioned it to the owner, something weird happened - she started being unacceptably rood, telling us that it is much easier for her just to kick us out than fixing it now, that she would rather spend time with her kids than talking to us, that we don’t need AC (it was August and +32 degrees every day), that there is no AC in Zlatibor (which is not true - we saw it everywhere). She also mentioned that we are asking too much for the price and she needs to pay the cleaning and electricity bills and we don’t need AC. Once we said we will inform booking, she said she will also complain about us (so take it into account that the owner probably answers to this review presenting another version of the situation). At the end she hanged out and sent an sms that she doesn’t allow us to stay in her apartment. So we ended up sitting on a street at 7pm in a foreign country.
