Apartments Palma

Era numa zona muito tranquila e tinha bastante contacto com a natureza, apesar de ser bastante perto da cidade. Estava tudo muito limpo. Existe bastante espaço e tivemos acesso a todas as comodidades de que necessitamos para cozinhar.

Manque d'équipements en cuisine. Pas bouilloire ni cafetière et vaisselle au strict minimum

In the middle of the night something started to whistle in the bathroom and we could not sleep, it was quite loud and really annoying. Fortunately the host was awake, but did not want to give us another place despite having many other appartements available, just leaving as nothing is wrong. We then called the Booking support which could not sort out anything. We decided to leave to he nearest hotel and on the way out, having everything packed already, the owner appeared again and finally offered us another room for the rest of the night. There everything was ok. If he would offer us the same at the beginning I would consider it a nice gesture and give better marks, but unfortunately he was dismissive, almost disrespectful. Never going to return there for sure!

La disponibilité du propriétaire qui était sur les lieux pour nous accueillir

Il y avait seulement 1 petite cuillère pour un logement pour 3 personnes 😆
